By accessing and using Reddify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use Reddify.
2. Account Creation and Security
Users must create an account to use certain features of Reddify. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under it. Reddify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hello@reddify.app.
3. AI-Generated Content & User Responsibility
Reddify uses AI to generate summaries and audio versions of Reddit posts that users submit through links. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Users should verify original Reddit posts for full context. Reddify is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated summaries.
4. Privacy and Data Usage
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Reddify does not store original Reddit content—only AI-generated summaries. Users submitting links must ensure they have the right to access and use the content.
5. Independence from Reddit
Reddify is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. All Reddit trademarks, logos, and content belong to their respective owners. Reddify does not store, distribute, or claim ownership of Reddit content—our service only processes publicly available information into AI-generated summaries.
6. Third-Party Services
Reddify may use third-party services, such as AI processing tools and cloud storage providers, to enhance functionality. Your use of Reddify is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
7. Account Deletion & Data Removal
Users may request account deletion via email. To request account deletion, email hello@reddify.app with the subject: "Delete My Account". Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. This action is irreversible, and all associated data will be permanently removed.
8. Acceptable Use
- Use Reddify for any illegal or harmful activities.
- Submit links containing private, copyrighted, or inappropriate material.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the App’s functionality.
9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
Reddify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated summaries. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
